Search, unlock, and know who you're renting to.
Assess The Renter lets anyone who rents out property, equipment, vehicles, or anything else check a person's or company's rental history before handing it over. Every listing captures how they paid, communicated, looked after what they rented, and returned it at the end — rated by someone who actually rented to them, with a written explanation behind every score. Renters get a right of reply on anything listed about them, so the record stays fair on both sides. It only takes a minute to search, and reports are available instantly once unlocked.

Assess The Renter lets you record how a renter behaved — whether they paid on time, communicated well, looked after what they rented, and returned it as agreed — good experiences included, not just bad ones. It's backed by our Listing Consent Addendum, attached to your rental agreement. The renter is notified straight away and has 7 days to respond before the listing goes public, so the record stays fair on both sides. Listing is always free for subscribers, and takes just a few minutes.

Pay per report, or unlock everything.
Choose Individual Search when you only need to check one person or company — it's free to search, and you only pay if a record is found. Subscribe monthly or yearly instead if you're vetting renters regularly. Monthly access includes up to 5 team seats, while yearly access includes unlimited seats — so your whole company can share one subscription under a single account. You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan anytime, though you'll still be charged for your current billing period.
However you unlock it, every report is saved permanently to your account, so you can revisit it anytime from My Reports — nothing you've paid for is ever lost. The renters you list are kept on your account too, for your own convenience. Listing a renter is always free for subscribers, so it never costs you anything to add your own experience to the record.
